Lord Byron Distillery is excited to partner with the Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital to offer this special fundraising gin, donating all profits to NRWH.

The Northern Rivers Wildlife Hospital in Wollongbar provides first-class care and rehabilitation to injured native wildlife across our region - including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, birds to name a few - supporting their recovery and return to their natural environments. 

The Gin: In our handmade copper pot stills, we've crafted a unique, all-natural, London Dry style gin — combining juniper with native Australian botanicals for a spirit that captures the first stirrings of the season. As the days start to lengthen and the air begins to soften, this is the gin to welcome spring with: bright, botanical, and full of promise. And as you sip, you'll know you're supporting a very worthy cause.

For an early-spring serve, pour over ice with a good quality tonic and a wedge of citrus — or for something a little different, let it mingle with a splash of grapefruit soda, its zesty freshness a perfect match for those first warm afternoons.
