Ingredients
  • 50mls Lord Byron Distillery Silver Cane
  • 75mls of Pineapple juice
  • 25mls Coconut Butter
  • Use crushed ice to blend
  • Blend until smooth
Method
PRE PREP: Cut the crown off a fresh Pineapple and hollow out the centre. Put the Pineapple shell into the freezer, then blend and filter fresh pineapple flesh to make a delicious juice, put in fridge. 
Combine this juice with Silver Cane and coconut butter in the blender with a dash of ice, and blend until it reaches a frosty slushy like consistency. Serve this tropical concoction in the chilled pineapple bowl and garnish with a festive cocktail umbrella for the ultimate refreshment.
