  • 1:1 Sugar Syrup - 15mls
  • Fresh Lime - 1 per drink
  • Coco Lopex (coconut butter) - 15 mls
  • Fresh mint
Begin by pressing a whole lime into a tall glass to capture its zest. Pour in the Kokomo, blend with sugar syrup and a dash of coconut butter. Pile in the crushed ice. Awaken the mint by giving it a gentle smack before placing it in the glass, then mix thoroughly. Top it off with a bit more ice and a sprinkle of fresh mint for garnish. Best enjoyed in a tall glass.
