45 mls Silver Cane (white rum)

30 mls Fresh Lime Juice

15 mls Sugar Syrup (1:1)

Method:
Add Silver cane (white rum), lime juice, and sugar syrup into a tall glass. Stir & churn it... never shake & stain a Mojito.
Add a big handful of mint leaves (15 to 20 leaves), give it a slap
Add your ice (crushed is best)
Give it a churn, this lets the dilution happen which is important.
Add your soda... & more ice if necessary.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, right next to the straw.
