Premium Blend Of Two Distinct Casks

Our Pure Single Rum is hand made in small batches from local molasses and fresh spring water from our farm before being double distilled in our alembic copper pot stills.

This expression has been aged for between 3 to 6 years. Selected Ex-bourbon & Ex-Red Wine Casks have been married together to create this exceptional Australian Rum.

Delivering complex warming flavours of vanilla, caramel & toasted Oak.

Ex-Red Wine Cask

Enhancing character by adding fruity notes, tannins and a hint of spices.

This rum has the flexibility to be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in your favourite mixer or cocktail.

2 dashes - Angostura Bitters

Method: Stir in a mixing glass with lots of ice, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish: Orange peel/ Zest.
