A delicious Gin showcasing the best that the Byron Bay coastline has to offer, matching locally grown botanicals with the best from around the world. Small batched and hand bottled.

A perfect balance of soft, sweet and savoury with a refreshing hint of gentle mint spice. We use the standard Gin botanicals as well as oyster shell, pepper berry, hibiscus flower, cucumber, peppermint gum leaf, lime peel, clove and cassia bark.

Enjoy as a G&T using premium tonic with a slice of cucumber. Always best enjoyed with friends.
