Ingredients:
  • 12 y/o Lord Byron Spiced Rum - 50mls
  • Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)  - 30mls
  • Freshly brewed Espresso - 30mls
  • 1:1 Sugar syrup - 1 dash (10mls)
  • Lots of ice.
Method
Combine all the ingredients in your shaker, topped with plenty of ice. The ice not only chills but also dilutes the mixture, ensuring your cocktail is perfectly balanced.
