Ingredients:
  • 50mls of Lord Byron Spiced Rum
  • 30mls Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 30mls fresh espresso
  • 10mls sugar syrup (1:1 Sugar syrup)
  • Shake with cubed ice
  • Double strained to serve
Method
Combine all the ingredients in your shaker, topped with plenty of cubed ice. Hard Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds to ensure a frothy head and properly diluted. Fine strain into a frosty martini glass. For the final touch, adorn with a trio of coffee beans. Enjoy your masterfully crafted beverage!
